How we protect the platform, your customers' data and your operation.
Our commitment
Payloot processes our customers' promotions, balances and customer data. We design the platform to protect that information and to prevent misuse of benefits.
Platform controls
- No card BINs. For security, card BINs aren't used inside the platform.
- Identified customers. Deep discounts require the customer to identify first, so eligibility can be checked.
- Audit log. Every rule change is recorded with user and date.
- Specialized APIs with hands-on support. Operations such as bulk loads are enabled with hands-on support from our engineers to protect performance.

If you find a potential vulnerability, email us at contacto@styrk.io with the details. Please don't disclose it publicly until we've reviewed it.
